Simon Howie Vegan Lorne Sausage (Scotland Only)
Pre-mixed seasoning is mixed with water and formed into traditional Lorne blocks which are tempered for slicing. Once chilled sufficiently the blocks are sliced, trayed and packed. Four slices (approx. 67.5g each) are placed into a plastic tray, gas flushed with a heat sealed film, labelled & coded. 15 x 68g slices per tray. 2 x 1kg trays per case

Water, Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Soya Protein, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Sunflower), Defatted Soya Grits, Salt, Thickener (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Dried Onion, Spices (White Pepper, Nutmeg, Coriander, Pimento, Ginger, Cayenne, Paprika), Colours (Beetroot Red, Iron Oxide), Yeast Extract, Flavourings (Sage, Nutmeg, Thyme), Rice Flour, Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite), Sugar, Antioxidants (Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid), Niacin.
