Remove from outer packaging. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.

Do not remove lid. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 40 to 45 minutes. Stir thoroughly.
