COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Always bake from frozen. Remove the required amount from the outer case and place on lined, solid baking trays allowing 4 to 5cm of space around each product. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (4 tray oven) or 190°C (3 tray oven), bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. A core temperature of +82°C must be achieved before the product is removed from the oven. If displaying ambient, the product must be allowed to cool in ambient conditions (max 25°C) for 2 hours before bagging. Ensure clean tongs are used for handling cooked product. Product must be displayed in a sealed bag. On the reverse of the bag write the disposal time. This should be 12 hours’ time from when the products left the oven. After 12 hours any unsold products must be disposed of. If displaying hot this product must be transferred immediately to a pre-heated display that will maintain a core temperature of +63°C or higher. Shelf life once baked: Ambient -12 hours.
