Handling instructions: From frozen: Remove all packaging prior to defrost; snip the foil and carefully peel away. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. After defrost store below 5°C. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted use within 6 days.

Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Cooking times may vary. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
