Valle Fiorita Focaccia alla Pala
Bakery product with a characteristic elongated shape baked in a stone oven at high temperature. The focaccia is handmade with the characteristic finger marks on the surface. Before baking it is covered with extra virgin olive oil presenting the typical scent of focaccia. The dough is prepared with sourdough and microfiltered sea water to make the product light, crunchy and highly digestible.
Ingredients:
Soft WHEAT flour type ‘0’, sourdough 30% ( soft WHEAT flour type ‘0’, water), water, microfiltered sea water 3%, extra virgin olive oil 2%, iodized salt, WHEAT germ, yeast, preservatives: calcium propionate, sorbic acid; natural aroma of olive oil (treated with ethyl alcohol)
