Supertops Spicy Pizza Meatballs
Pork is minced and mixed with the other ingredients, then formed and fried in oil. The product obtains a centre temperature of min. 76°C and is afterwards frozen to -18 °C. The Spicy Pizza Meatball has a uniform shape, a nice dark brown crust and a smell and taste of pork with mixed spices.
Ingredients:
Pork (79%), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, salt, yeast), tomato purée, salt, pork fat, dried onions, spices, sugar, garlic. Fried in rapeseed oil.
