The following guidelines are provided for various oven types. As ovens vary it may be necessary to adjust these slightly to suit specific equipment. Keep pizza frozen until ready to bake. Oven Cook: Remove all packaging. Place the pizza directly onto the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked before consumption and that the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Fan Oven: 190°C for 20 - 22 mins Conventional Oven: 190°C for 22 mins Combi Oven: 180°C - 190°C, 40%/50% moisture, full fan, 9-10 mins Merrychef E2s: Step 1: 275°C, 1.40 mins, 20% fan, 70% power. Step 2: 275°C,1.30 mins, 20% fan, 60% power. Step 3: 275°C, 1.30 mins, 30%, 60% power. CAUTION: FILLING WILL BE EXTREMELY HOT
