Sysco Classic Beef Chuck Roll
The Chuck roll is cut between the ribs and backbone, the cap has been removed and the joint tied with natural fat. This joint requires a slow cooking with it coming from the forequarter of the carcass, it will be full of flavour and very tender. It is also well known as one of the leaner types of beef which is good for stews.
