If cooking rare Food Standards Agency advice is to ensure the meat is properly seared. Completely remove the meat from the vacuum pack 20 minutes before cooking. This is a raw product. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout.Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.
