Visually stunning, the French Trimmed Lamb Rack makes a wonderful centerpiece. Prepared from the rib section of the Lamb Loin. The ribs are French Trimmed to leave 50mm of bone exposed. Our certified Scotch Lamb is raised on farms where they are free to roam the hillside, eating the grass and heather which gives Scotch Lamb it's unique flavour. Scotch Lamb farms meet higher standards of animal welfare.
