This is a raw product. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.

Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES Remove from packaging. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 25-30 minutes. Turn once half way through cooking.
Pan Fry Instructions
SHALLOW FRYING GUIDELINES Remove all packaging. Fry in hot oil for 15-18 minutes. Drain well before serving.
Grill Instructions
GRILLING GUIDELINES Remove from packaging. Place under pre-heated grill at a medium to high heat for 15-18 to minutes, turning occasionally during cooking.
Deep Fry Instructions
DEEP FRYING GUIDELINES Deep fry in hot oil at 120°C for 12 minutes Drain and leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
