Cook from chilled. Remove from packaging. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout. PAN-FRY: Fry in a little oil over a medium heat for 14-16 minutes. Turning occasionally until fully cooked. Drain well before serving. OVEN: Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 200°c/Gas mark 6 for 10-12 minutes. Turning halfway through cooking.
