All haggis is made on-site at the butchery in Linlithgow and is a great substitute for the meat version in a range of dishes, both classic and modern.

Preheat oven to 200oC, Gas 6, Fan 180oC Remove casing and ends. Cut pudding into slices approx. 3cm thick Place slices evenly on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 35 minutes until piping hot, do not reheat once cooled All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only
