Food Safety Tips
This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent. Cooking times may vary. Although all precautions have been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.

Push the burger puck down to an even thickness of 15mm, place under a pre-heated medium grill for approximately 12-15 minutes turning occasionally.

HANDLING GUIDELINES:Allow to thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours, once defrosted the product should be held in the refrigerator and cooked within 48 hours. GRILL:Push the burger puck down to an even thickness of 15mm, place under a pre-heated medium grill for approximately 12-15 minutes turning occasionally.Cooking times may vary dependent on thickness.
