Simon Howie 3oz Reduced Salt Gluten Free Burger (Scotland Only)
Minced 95VL & 80VL Beef Trim is added to water and low salt/ gluten free seasoning mix. The mix is minced then formed into 3oz (85g) burgers. Burgers are placed on food grade peach paper and packed in lined cardboard box: 3oz burgers – 4 burgers per sheet/ layer – 10 layers per box – 40 burgers per box (3.4kg) Case end label is applied containing product name, code, weight, best before date, storage instructions & ingredient declaration. Burgers are supplied frozen.
