Cooking Guidelines: For best results cook from chilled. Grill - Preheat grill to moderate heat. Remove the burgers from the pack, and remove the paper discs. Place onto suitable tray and place under the grill. (Do not place directly under the heat source, allow approx. 10cm space). Grill for 15-16 minutes, turning occasionally. Pan Fry - Heat a little cooking oil in a pan to medium heat. Remove the burgers from the pack, and remove the paper discs. Fry for 14-15 minutes, turning as required. BBQ - Remove the burgers from the pack, and remove the paper discs. Lightly coat in cooking oil then barbeque over a medium heat, turning frequently. Ensure product is cooked evenly to a core temperature of 80-82°C.
