Handling instructions
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours.
Food Safety Tips
Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement). Cooking times may vary. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some small bones may remain.

OVEN GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C / Gas mark 6 for approximately 15 minutes.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place 2 sausages on a plate and cover with cling film. Microwave on high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
