The Jolly Hog Porky Black Pork Sausage With Black Pudding
Pork and apple, name a more iconic duo. Well, we’ve gone one step further and have paired black pudding with the classic combination to make a corker of a porker! Our favourite way to have these Great Taste Award winning sausages is in a sourdough sarnie with Dijon mustard. And of course, these British, Outdoor Bred sausages are made from only RSPCA Assured pork – like all of our sausages.

Pork (63%), Water, Black Pudding (10%) (Water, Rice, Modified Starch, Dried Potato, Dried Pork Blood, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Onion, Salt, Mixed Herbs, Pepper, Yeast Extract), Dried Apple (6%) (Dried Apple, SULPHUR DIOXIDE), Gluten Free Breadcrumb (Rice Flour, Water, Dextrose Monohydrate, Bamboo Fibre, Salt, Mono and Di- Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Salt, Rubbed Sage, Stabiliser (Triphosphates), Spices (Black Pepper, White Pepper), Preservative (Sodium METABISULPHITE), Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, filled into natural pork casings.
