We only use high quality pork shoulder and belly, and at 84% pork, these sausages are bursting with juicy pork flavour… balanced perfectly with sage and seasoning. They are also from Outdoor Bred, RSPCA Assured farms, and gluten free – as if you needed any other reason to love them.

Pork (84%), Water, Gluten Free Breadcrumb (Rice Flour, Water, Dextrose Monohydrate, Vegetable Fibre, Salt, Mono and Di- Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Paprika Extract), Salt, Rubbed Sage, Spices (Black Pepper, White Pepper), Stabiliser (Diphosphates), Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite), Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, filled into natural pork casings.
