Yes, if you’re eligible for mybrakes rewards you can register to take part as soon as you receive confirmation that we have set up a brake.co.uk account log in for you. Please make sure you’ve opted in to receive Marketing Communications from us including email.

How do I check if I am eligible for mybrakes rewards?

Please speak to your Brakes sales representative who will be able to assist you.

How do I register for mybrakes rewards?

Simply log into your brake.co.uk account and click the mybrakes rewards button at the top of your brake.co.uk navigation bar to get started. You’ll find it next to your brake.co.uk log in button.

I have registered before; do I need to register again?

No, simply log into your brake.co.uk account and click the mybrakes rewards button in your top navigation bar on brake.co.uk to visit your mybrakes rewards homepage any time.

How do I link my accounts?

Linking your accounts is easy. The first time you register for mybrakes rewards, you’ll be asked which of your accounts you’d like to link to earn cashback on. To link your accounts, click the ‘available to link’ button shown, or you can link all of them at the same time, using the ‘link all’ button. Once you’ve linked all the accounts you want to earn cashback on, simply click the ‘submit’ button.

I think an account is missing in my linked accounts or it’s saying it’s not available to link, what should I do?

How do I activate my mybrakes rewards offers?

Activating the offers you want to take part in is easy. Simply visit your ‘My Offers’ page which is accessed from mybrakes rewards homepage and click the ‘activate offer’ button shown next to each offer. Alternatively, you can click the ‘activate all’ button to activate all your offers at the same time. You’ll start receiving cashback on any eligible Brakes orders until the date the offer expires as shown.

What can I use mybrakes rewards cashback for?

You can redeem your cashback as Brakes credit, buy gifts or make charity donations at mybrakes rewards store. When you redeem your cashback, we’ll plant trees for you in our community forests. Don’t forget, if you’ve seen something you want and you don't quite have enough cashback, you can top up or pay in full using your debit or credit card.

How can I keep track of my cashback?

You can keep track of your cashback balance on your mybrakes rewards homepage. We’ll send you a monthly balance update too.

How can I keep track of what I’ve used my cashback for?

You can see the latest view of what you’ve spent your cashback on from your ‘My Orders’ page accessed from your mybrakes rewards homepage. You’ll see a list of all the redemptions you’ve made.

Does my cashback expire?

No, but all we ask is that you use your mybrakes rewards account at least once in a 12-month period. To use your account simply visit your mybrakes rewards homepage and activate at least one offer. If you don’t, your account will be deactivated after 12 months, and you’ll lose any cashback earned at that point. You can reactivate your account at any time by contacting the mybrakes rewards team at: mybrakesrewards@therewardscentre.com who will be happy to assist you.
