We’re here to support your kitchen team with professional care home training, advice and information covering all the major health and dietary conditions affecting care home residents; we have also produced a training video specifically on texture modification to IDDSI guidelines for dysphagia.
It’s all been created by our in-house team of experts, including nutritionists, category managers and our specialist healthcare development chef, Danny Silcock – and it’s completely FREE.
