HANDLING GUIDELINES:COOKING GUIDELINES FROM DEFROST: Remove pouch from box. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Once defrosted the product should be held in a refrigerator and used within 48 hours. BOIL IN THE BAG: Place pouch in boiling water, bring back to the boil and simmer for approximately 35 minutes. MICROWAVE: Pierce film and microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 3 1/2 minutes, gently shaking the pouch half way through cooking to baste the joint.
