Portico Premium Pan-Ready Cornish Sole
This fish is single frozen - as close to fresh fish as you can get with a frozen product. They landed in Cornwall and are purchased direct from the fish auctions in the UK. They are processed by master fishmongers M&J and are packed individually sealed to ensure the fish retains its quality.
