ZOE GILL – Brakes Development Chef
Zoe has been with Brakes for almost 20 years. Specialising in supporting Primary Schools with recipes, menu development and School Food Plan standards, she holds numerous qualifications in catering, Food Hygiene, menu planning and nutrition.
CATHY AMOS – Head of Customer Marketing
Cathy has spent over 30 years in the food service industry, specialising in public sector catering. Holding British Nutrition qualifications, she works closely with the PS100 and LACA to develop our product range, and is an ambassador for Love British Food.
LISA JOHNSON – Sector Marketing Manager, Education
Lisa joined Brakes in 2016, having previously worked in food retailing. A CIM-accredited marketing specialist, she creates our schools campaigns based on insights gained through her close relationships with LACA and TUCO.
FLEUR KEY B.SC (Hons) ANutr – Brakes Nutritionist
After gaining a degree in Human Nutrition and a PG Diploma in Public Health, Fleur managed nutritional compliance for a catering company supplying over 20,000 school meals per day. She now provides nutritional support for all Brakes school customers and is a champion of the School Food Plan and Food for Life.
