Universities provide engaging settings for academic conferences, business meetings and private social events, all of which are important revenue sources. Working with our Specialist Development Chef for Universities, Colin Salmon, we’ve put together a range of food and drink covering all the major event occasions, including breakfast and breaktimes, plus ideas for fork buffets, barbecues and formal dining.
To help caterers position their offering, we’ve devised three tiered menus: Bronze is basic thaw-and-serve, with little or no prep; Silver requires medium skills; while Gold is designed for teams preparing food mainly from scratch.
