Remove individual packs from outer case and defrost at ambient temperature for approx 24 hours, stacking no more than 2 packs high. Loosen tortillas by gently flexing the pack prior to opening. Opened packs must be wrapped and kept refrigerated Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 72 hours.
