Handling instructions: From frozen: Remove the required amount from the outer case. Allow to defrost at ambient temperature for approximately 3 to 4 hours. Once defrosted store in a sealed bag in a cool ambient dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refreeze after thawing. Shelf life once defrosted 3 days.
