Whipping up to 3 times its volume (up to 50% more than dairy cream) it remains stable for 48 hours on cakes and doesn't split when cooked with acidic ingredients. Containing 33.5% fat, it is ideal for bakery, beverage, cooking, and pouring applications and recommended for all sectors seeking high-quality dairy cream alternative, ensuring exceptional performance and versatility.
