Millac Roselle Supreme is a slightly sweetened whip topping that delivers a high whipping yield of up to 3x its volume. It contains the highest quality skimmed milk from our own Irish farms, which gives a light, clean, milky flavour. Containing 28% fat, it is easy to work with, difficult to overwhip, and holds its shape on cakes for over 48 hours. Perfect for sweet cakes and dessert decoration applications, it is highly recommended for the bakery and restaurant sectors, ensuring superior quality and performance for all your decorative needs.
