This traditional cherry pie features a beautifully woven lattice pastry adorned with sparkling sugar pearls. Filled with tart Morello cherries, this dessert offers both a bold flavour as well as a visually stunning appearance. Pre-cut and perfect for food service.
Ingredients:
water, cherries (24%), flour (WHEAT), sugar, modified starch, palm fat, yeast, glucose syrup, starch (WHEAT), salt, rapeseed oil, sweet whey powder (MILK), whole MILK powder, MILK proteins, dextrose, acidity regulator (citric acid, E331), thickener (E440, xanthan gum), emulsifier (E472e), sunflower oil, lemon juice. Despite all care taken in the preparation of our products, presence of cherry pit fragment is not excluded.
