Brakes Lemon Tarts
18 individual lemon tarts with a crisp, golden shortcrust pastry base and vibrant, tangy lemon filling. Fully prepared and ready to thaw, saving time and labour cost. Serve plain with a mid morning coffee, or customise with fruit & cream, raspberry coulis, or meringue to serve as an á la carte dessert. Once thawed, consume within 2 days.
