Make Up Instructions / Preparation Instructions Measure 280ml of cold water or 380ml of milk into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle in 100g of the Chocolate Delight powder and whisk on slow speed for 30 seconds. Scrape down. Whisk on high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into serving bowls or glasses. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Once prepared, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator just before serving. Yield: 100g of Chocolate Delight powder makes approximately 4 x 95g servings when made up with water as instructed or 4 x 120g servings when made up with milk as instructed. One 600g bag of powder makes approximately 24 x 95g servings when made up with water as instructed or 24 x 120g servings when made up with milk as instructed.
