Sysco Classic Tomato & Mascarpone Sauce

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Pasta Sauce Hob • Heat the Tomato and Mascarpone sauce in a saucepan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes • Stir into freshly cooked pasta and serve Pasta Bake Oven • Add 1Kg of dried fusilli or penne pasta to an oven proof dish • Stir in the container of Tomato and Mascarpone sauce • Fill the empty jar ¾ full with water, ensure lid is on tightly and shake. Add to the pasta, stir thoroughly to ensure all pasta is covered. • Transfer to preheated oven at 180ºC / 350ºC / Gas Mark 4 for 45 minutes • Stir thoroughly ensuring all pasta is covered by the sauce • Sprinkle over 500g grated cheese and return to the oven for a further 35 minutes or until the pasta is thoroughly cooked. Pour Over Sauce Hob • Cook meat / fish of choice as per cooking instruction • Heat the Tomato and Mascarpone sauce in a saucepan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes • Pour over the cooked meat / fish and serve. Soup Hob • Pour container of Tomato and Mascarpone sauce into a saucepan. • Fill the empty container ½ full with water, ensure lid is on tightly and shake. Add to the saucepan • Add 2x 400g can of chopped tomatoes • Heat on medium heat for 7-10 minutes, serve Check food is piping hot before serving. These are guidelines only.
