Scottish Hot Smoked Mackerel Fillets.
Hand-filleted and slowly smoked over beechwood for a delicate smoky flavour, these fillets are left skin-on and pin bone-in. The mackerel are caught in the north-east Atlantic during peak season only, and landed and smoked in north-east Scotland - the heart of the UK's mackerel industry. This ensures premium quality for great taste and appearance whilst also delivering high levels of omega 3. Each case contains 9 individual packs each containing 4 fillets weighing 60-100g. Simply thaw and either serve cold or heat through.
