Oven Cooking Instructions
Oven cook From Frozen: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 230°C/450°F/Gas Mark 8 30 MinsFan Assisted Oven: Preheat oven to 210°C/410°F 30 MinsIndustrial Fan Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F 20-22 MinsCooking directions based on 900g of product.Remove all packaging. Spread the Roasties evenly on a baking tray with upturned edges. Place the tray in the centre of a preheated oven and Cook for 30 Minutes until crisp and golden. Turn the Roasties at least once during cooking to ensure an even crispness. Ensure the Roasties are piping hot before serving. Serve immediately.
Deep Fry Instructions
Deep Fry From Frozen: Preheat fryer to 180°C/350°F. Half fill the fryer basket and cook for 10 1/2 - 11 minutes. Please ensure product is piping hot before serving.Serve immediately.
Other Cooking Instructions
To prepare... Tastiest when OVEN BAKED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER. Cooking Method 1 230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas Mark 8 30 - 35 mins Pre-heat the oven. Place product on a baking tray in the middle of the oven. Turn over halfway through cooking. Cook until crisp and lightly golden. Industrial Fan Oven Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F Cook for 20 - 22 minutes Cooking Method 2 AIR FRY FROM FROZEN. Pre-heat to 200°C for 25 mins Place 250g of product in the basket and place in the air fryer. Shake halfway through cooking. Cook until crisp and lightly golden, allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not overcook. Follow recommended cooking times. If preparing smaller quantities, then reduce the cooking time. Our potatoes vary throughout the year, so the time taken to become crisp and lightly golden may also vary. - Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. - These instructions are guidelines only. - Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
