Cooking instructions
Oven Cooking Instructions
Oven cook From Frozen: Pre-heat oven to 240°C / 475°F / Gas mark 9. Place roasts on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 45 minutes until golden and crisp.
Pan Fry Instructions
Shallow Fry From Frozen: Deep fry for 9 - 10 minutes at 180°C until crisp and golden. Always follow manufacturer's operating instructions and wear suitable clothing when frying.
