Brakes brand butter is sourced from Lakeland Dairies, an Irish Dairy Co-Operative Society 100% farmer-owned and managed. Its co-operative status ensures long-term benefits for future generations and quality dairy farming in Ireland.
They’ve been making cream and butter since 1897, collecting milk from farms no further than two hours away and processing it within 24 hours of arrival.
