Serves 1

  • A 114522 Pidy 8.5cm Neutral GF Tartlet Cases (x1)
  • A 125111 Brakes Cranberry & Mulled Spice Sauce (10g)
  • C 130723 Clawson Stilton Crumb (30g)
  • A 146065 Kerrymaid Bechamel Sauce (50g)
  • C 10343 Parsnips (80g)
  • A 100535 House Recipe Pure Canadian Maple Syrup (10g)
  • A 8796 Sysco Classic Pecan Nut Halves (10g)

Preparation:

  • Trim & roast parsnips until golden and tender
  • Roughly chop & lightly toast pecan nuts
  • Mix Stilton & Bechamel

Assembly:

  • Spread Cranberry Sauce on base of tart
  • Add Stilton Bechamel
  • Arrange roasted parnips on the top
  • Drizzle with half the maple syrup

Method:

  • Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • Finish with the other half of the maple syrup
  • Sprinkle with toasted pecan nuts
