Glazed Parsnip & Stilton® Tart

Ingredients
- A 114522 Pidy 8.5cm Neutral GF Tartlet Cases (x1)
- A 125111 Brakes Cranberry & Mulled Spice Sauce (10g)
- C 130723 Clawson Stilton Crumb (30g)
- A 146065 Kerrymaid Bechamel Sauce (50g)
- C 10343 Parsnips (80g)
- A 100535 House Recipe Pure Canadian Maple Syrup (10g)
- A 8796 Sysco Classic Pecan Nut Halves (10g)
Recipe
Preparation:
- Trim & roast parsnips until golden and tender
- Roughly chop & lightly toast pecan nuts
- Mix Stilton & Bechamel
Assembly:
- Spread Cranberry Sauce on base of tart
- Add Stilton Bechamel
- Arrange roasted parnips on the top
- Drizzle with half the maple syrup
Method:
- Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Finish with the other half of the maple syrup
- Sprinkle with toasted pecan nuts
