Handling instructions
Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Allow to thaw in a refrigerator at +1°C to +5°C for approximately 24 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirement).

Cooking Guidelines From Defrost Pre-heat oven & baking tray to Gas Marked 4 /350°F / 180°C; Defrost in refrigerated conditions overnight. From Defrost: Place product on tray near the centre of the oven. Cook for approximately 10 minutes. Remove lid and cook for a further 15 minutes. Cooking Guidelines From Frozen Pre-heat oven & baking tray to Gas Marked 4 /350°F / 180°C; Place product on tray near the centre of the oven. Cook for approximately 20 mins, Remove foil lid cook for 20 mins
