Fully cooked, frozen chicken thigh pieces marinated in soy, garlic, gochujang Chilli and ginger coated in starch and deep fried. Roasted element of chicken carcass – pieces of chicken leg meat cut into cubes. The average weight of a cube is 25 g, the weight of the product is in the range of 15-35 g (80% of the batch).
