All appliances very, the following are guidelines only. Remove from packaging. For best results heat from frozen. Deep Fry : Deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes. Oven cooking : Place product on a baking tray in a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 200°C/ Gas mark 6 for approximately 23 minutes. Turn once halfway through. Check Food is Piping Hot Throughout Before Serving. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may remain.
