Whole-muscle chicken breast pieces in a light batter which is crispy after reheat. Ideal for use in sweet and sour chicken. Individually frozen for ease of use, and ready to reheat from frozen in the oven or deep fryer. 'Whole-muscle' products are cut from fillets rather than reformed for a premium offer. Our range of coated chicken products covers everything from snacks, starters and buffet items - to substantial burger and centre-of-plate options.
