Handling instructions
To serve cold: Allow to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 24 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.

Oven Cooking Instructions
OVEN COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place on a lightly greased baking tray in the middle of a pre-heated fan assisted oven at 220°C/Gas mark 7 for approximately 12-14 minutes.
Microwave Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN Remove from packaging. Place on a plate and cover with cling film. Microwave on a high setting in a 1.3kW oven for approximately 2 minutes.
