Gressingham British Red Tractor Duck à L’Orange
Oyster cut duck legs tumbled in a confit style seasoning and orange zest before being packed with a slice of candied orange. They are slow cooked in their pouch for 5 hours for supreme tenderness. Seasoned and rich in flavour with aromatic zest and sweet sticky garnish. Ideal for a seasonal or festive main course. Easy to cook in 20-30 mins from chilled to deliver a delicious main course centrepiece.
