Quality Food is on the menu as Sysco scoops 18 awards

Food innovation was top of the agenda as Sysco GB, the UK’s leading foodservice supplier, won 18 awards at the Quality Food Awards.

Brakes, a Sysco company, collected the coveted Foodservice Operator of the Year, building on the success of last year when it was also presented with the same award.

The Quality Food Awards are one of the UK’s premier food awards and the products from Sysco, Brakes and Fresh Direct, Britain’s leading fresh produce specialist, dominated the foodservice section, winning three gold awards in the Meat, Dairy & Deli and Free From categories, seven silver and eight bronze awards.
