Enchanted Bakery Blackberry & Yuzu Traycake
A buttermilk citrus sponge with blackberries, yuzu juice and lemon zest. Topped with a pale purple coloured cream cheese frosting and scattered with yellow marigold petals. Cut into 18 rectangular portions (2x9).
