Enchanted Bakery Raspberry Eton Mess Traycake
Vanilla buttermilk sponge with whole raspberries. Topped with a layer of pink buttercream icing. Finished with meringue granules and freeze-dried raspberry pieces. Cut into 18 rectangular portions (2x9).
