Chantilly Patisserie Individual Dark Decadent Chocolate
A luxurious plated dessert for food service, made with rich chocolate truffle mousse surrounding a soft white chocolate and cream centre flavoured with whisky and coffee liqueur, set on chocolate sponge and glazed to perfection. Thaw within 3 hours and serve. Each piece measures approximately H 75mm x W 65 mm.
