Craigmillar Extra Moist Cake Mix
One mixes makes all your muffins, cup cakes, tray bakes and loaf cakes. Just add oil, egg and water. Excellent shelf life, freeze thaw stable - tastes just as good from frozen as fresh. Batter can be made up & frozen for up to 6 months for use later. Once baked, can be stored for up to 7 days fresh or 3 months frozen.

Sugar, WHEAT FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, Calcium carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine), Modified corn starch, WHEY POWDER, Raising agent (Diphosphates, Sodium carbonates), WHEAT GLUTEN, Emulsifier (Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Propane-1,2-diol esters of fatty acids), Palm fat, Rapeseed oil, Stabiliser (Xanthan gum), Flavouring.
