Six smoothies to kickstart your year
For many, January signals the opportunity to reset at the start of the calendar year. After the indulgence of the festive season, this applies to food habits as much as anything else. The obvious place to start is by adding more fresh fruit and vegetables to deliver a balanced and healthy diet. A quick, convenient and delicious way of doing this is through juices and smoothies!
The team at Fresh Direct is truly passionate about fresh fruit and vegetables – and their Head Development Chef Ian Nottage has been busy in the kitchen creating the perfect blend of smoothies to bring a healthy splash of colour to those dull January days.
